The event platform will be live prior to the event so you can familiarize yourself, build
out your profile and create your own customizable agenda based on the presentations
throughout each day. The official date will be announced closer to the event.
The platform is designed to only allow one user per ticket, there will not be the ability to
share login credentials.
SalesCON 360 will be open 24 hours a day for all attendees on May 4th & 5th 2023. All content will stream in EST timezone but replays will be available on-demand immediately for all attendees.
No matter your time zone, all attendees will be able to view and experience the event in the same
way and watch presentations on-demand based on the ticket category you purchased. All
attendees, regardless of timezone, will have the ability to message, and network with other
attendees and companies throughout the entire duration of SalesCON360, day or night.
We are frequently updating the website to showcase more details to attendees, this is the
best place to keep up to date on information ready to be made public. To make sure

SalesCON360 delights in providing the best content to all attendees before and after the event.
Currently, only ticket holders will get access to replays for a duration based on your ticket
category. Persons who did not purchase a ticket, will not able to purchase replays after the
event, or access any full videos online. Replays will be accessible through the SalesCON360
platform only.

There are two types of tickets available – Regular Attendee and VIP Attendee. The main
difference between Regular Attendee and VIP Attendee tickets is being listed on the
SalesCON 360 Directory, as well as the inclusion of your company logo on your profile,
featured companies’ webpage listing, company directory listing, 1-year subscription to
company directory, and 1-year extended replay access. If you are attending from a
company, you will want to have as much exposure for your, therefore selecting a VIP
ticket is your best option!
Yes, you can easily upgrade your pass by contacting us at conference@salescon360.com and we will give the ticket pricing for the upgraded pass at the time of your original purchase.
No, there are no one-day passes, all tickets are for the full two days.
Yes, you can customize your profile details once the event platform is live and continue
to make any further changes until it closes.
VIP tickets include a 1-year subscription to the SalesCon 360 Directory, what happens when this end?
The SalesCON 360 Directory will continue on after the event, and will be used among
the digital advertising community for finding services applicable to them, and it will have
your company information, contact info and link back to your website. This is not the
"SalesCon 360" section on our website, it's a different product that will launch as the
event gets closer.
Tickets to SalesCON360 are NOT transferable.
All purchases of online conference tickets are non-refundable.
