Aileen has more than 25 years of international experience in the telecommunications and digital sectors, specializing in digital media and publishing, executive management, marketing and business development. Aileen studied Industrial Relations at McGill
University. She also holds a Masters in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute and an eMBA from Wharton University.

Aileen lives in Kingston, Jamaica with her husband and two children.
